To allow you to attend the EUAC Conference in the best possible conditions, here is some practical information.

When you arrive

You have to check in when you arrive. You will be presented on this occasion:

  • Your badge that will allow you to freely visit the Exhibitions of Nausicaá and access the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) where the conference will take place.
  • Vouchers for lunches
  • Conference documents (program, abstract book, etc.)

Registration / information desk

  • Sunday, October 13: VIP lodge in Nausicaá – from 15:00 to 18:00.
  • Monday, October 14: VIP lodge in Nausicaá – from 9:30 to 19:00.
  • Tuesday, October 15 to Thursday, October 17: Chamber of Commerce – from 08:00 to 19:00.

Nausicaá’s staff members will be stationed at the CCI throughout the conference so if you need help with anything, just ask!

They will also be stationed in Nausicaá’s main hall, during lunch time – from 12:30 to 14:00.

Presentation

If you intervene during a session, please submit your presentation during your check-in for technical verification.

Refreshment breaks

The morning and afternoon breaks will take place at the CCI. During breaks, exhibitors and poster sessions will be present.

  • Morning: 09:45 – 10:15
  • Afternoon: 15:45 – 16:15

Lunch breaks

Lunches included in your registration will take place at Le Calypso restaurant in Nausicaá between 12:30 and 14:00.

You can have lunch before or after the behind-the-scenes tour you have booked.

Behind-the-scenes tour of Nausicaá

From Tuesday to Thursday, during the lunch break, Nausicaá offers a behind-the-scenes tour. Several slots are available, you can choose the schedule of your visit when you check in.

Let’s take a quiz on the Blue Society Forum

The Blue Society Forum is a place of exchange and information, located in Nausicaá’s main hall.

During the lunch break, come and take part in a quiz on the consumption of seafood products, “The dark side of the moule”.
